Recipe Name: Porridge with blueberry compote


Food Element:
6 tbsp porridge oats
just below  x 200ml tub 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
 x 350g pack numb blueberries
1 tsp honey (optional)
Cooking Process:
Put the oats in a non-fix pan as soon as 400ml water and chef on peak of the heat, uphill occasionally for roughly 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat and magnify a third of the yogurt.
Meanwhile, tip the blueberries into a pan also than 1 tbsp water and the honey if using and gently poach until the blueberries have thawed and they are throbbing, but yet holding their touch.
Spoon the porridge into bowls, summit taking into account the permanent yogurt and spoon on top of the blueberries.
