Name: Prawn, avocado & soya bean salad

Food Element:
85g sedated soya beans
85g cooked and peeled king prawns
2 tsp enjoyable chilli sauce
zest and juice 1 lime
1 tsp adding together-virgin olive oil
little ripe avocado, stoned,
peeled and chopped into little pieces
cucumber, chopped into little
pieces
small pack coriander leaves
small pack baby salad leaves

Cooking Process:
Cook the soya beans in a pan of boiling water for 2-3 mins until
difficulty, moreover drain and cool knocked out unfriendly water. Toss the
prawns by now the gorgeous chilli and lime zest. Whisk together the oil, lime
juice and some seasoning to make a dressing.
Mix the soya beans, avocado, cucumber and coriander. Pour greater
than the dressing and throw to jacket. Top later than the prawns and salad
leaves.
