Savoy cabbage with almonds

Food Element:
1 Savoy cabbage, finely sliced
25g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 rosemary sprig, leaves finely chopped
100g blanched almonds
|
Cooking Process:
Steam or microwave the cabbage until just cooked. Melt the butter as
soon as the oil in a large frying pan or wok, later sum the garlic, rosemary
and almonds. Cook, happening the almonds for approximately 2 mins or until
they begin to brown. Tip onto a dish. Add the cabbage to the pan, campaign in
