Name: Seared Steak with Celery & Pepper Caponata

Food Element:
200g auxiliary-lean fillet steaks
140g spacious spinach
For the caponata
1-cal oil spray
1 red onion, halved and sliced
2 garlic cloves, scuff into slivers
400g can chopped tomatoes
2 celery sticks, sliced
1 ocher pepper, deseeded, quartered and sliced
25g pitted black kalamata olives, halved (very approximately 8)
1 tbsp caper
tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Cooking Process:
For the caponata, spray can a large, broad non-affix pan following 3
