Recipe Name : Asian chicken salad

Food Element:


    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    zest and juice  lime (approximately 1 tbsp)
    1 tsp caster sugar
    100g sack changed salad leaves
    large handful coriander, on the subject of chopped
     red onion, thinly sliced
     chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
     cucumber, halved lengthways, sliced

Cooking Process:
