Food Element:
400g can chickpeas, drained and dried
1 tsp vegetable oil
50g butter
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp curry powder
70g sack salted popcorn
85g peanuts
100g sultanas
|
Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 200C/180C lover/gas 6. Tip the chickpeas onto a baking
tray as soon as the oil. Season, shake swiftly to jacket, later bake for 25
mins.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave. Mix in the garam masala, curry
gift and some salt and pepper. Tip the popcorn, peanuts and sultanas into a
bowl, whole the baked chickpeas and pour on intensity of the spiced butter.
Stir all proficiently to jacket.
