Recipe Name : Butternut & harissa houmous

Food Element:
butternut squash (more or less 400g), peeled and scrape into 2cm pieces
3 garlic cloves, unpeeled
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tahini epoxy resin
1 tbsp harissa, lead a tiny supplementary for drizzling
400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 200C/180C follower/gas 6. Put the butternut squash and garlic cloves in a roasting tin, season expertly and mount happening 100ml water. Cover the tin subsequent to foil and bake for 45 mins, until the squash is in fact sore. Leave to cool.
Tip the squash into a food processor as soon as any juices from the tin. Add the garlic cloves, squeezed out of their skins. Add the permanent ingredients, season behind salt and incorporation to a gum.
Scrape the houmous into a bowl. Drizzle behind auxiliary harissa in apportion serve to serving.
