    slices cooked chicken
     little avocado, diced
    squeeze of lemon
    chopped red onion
    coriander leaves
    halved cherry tomatoes
    slice wholemeal seeded bread or rye, or wholegrain pitta, to alleviate

Cooking Process:
    Top bread or make laugh pitta once mayonnaise and chicken later grow avocado, lemon, red onion, coriander and cherry tomatoes.
