Recipe Name : Chipotle black bean soup with lime-pickled onions

Food Element:


    juice 2 limes
    2 small red onions, thinly sliced
     tbsp olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
     tbsp arena cumin
     tbsp smoked paprika
     tbsp chipotle cement, or Tabasco, to taste
    400g can black beans, drained and rinsed
    400ml vegetable gathering
    half-fat soured cream, to minister to
    coriander leaves, to service
    crisp tortilla chips, to calm

Cooking Process:
    To make the lime-pickled onions, amassed  the lime juice and  the onions in a small bowl, and season. Leave to pickle for 30 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a saucepan on summit of a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and surviving onions, and season. Cook for 8 mins or until the onions are translucent. Add the spices and chipotle pure, cook for 1 min, later linked the beans, accrual and surviving lime juice. Simmer for 15 mins, subsequently pure in a blender.
    Pour the soup into a clean pan to reheat. Serve gone a tiny of the drained pickled onions, topped behind a small drizzle of soured cream and some coriander, and the tortillas more or less the side.
