rapeseed oil

medium onions, chopped
thumb-sized fragment ginger, finely chopped

garlic cloves, chopped

showground coriander

chilli flakes (or less if you don't as soon as it too spicy)

can chopped tomatoes
squeeze

Cooking Process:
Heat
the oil in a non-fasten pan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic for 8-10
mins, taking place frequently, until softened and starting to colour. Add the
spices and chilli flakes, work up briefly, subsequently pour in the tomatoes
as soon as half a can of water and the honey. Blitz all in the pan as soon as
a hand blender until in bank account to serene (or use a food processor).
Stir in the pepper and coriander stalks, lid the pan and depart to simmer for
10 mins. (The amalgamation will be very thick and splutter a little,
consequently disquiet up frequently.)
Stir in
the prawns and scatter more than the coriander leaves. Heat the rice taking
into account pack instructions. Serve both when a minty yogurt or chutney, if
