Recipe Name : Spiced quinoa when almonds & feta

Food Element:


    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp auditorium coriander
     tsp turmeric
    300g quinoa, rinsed
    50g toasted flaked almonds
    100g feta cheese, crumbled
    handful parsley, as regards chopped
    juice  lemon

Cooking Process:
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the spices, subsequently fry for a min or consequently until fragrant. Add the quinoa, with fry for a adding min until you can hear gentle popping sounds. Stir in 600ml boiling water, subsequently gently simmer for 10-15 mins until the water has evaporated and the quinoa grains have a white halo as regards them. Allow to cool slightly, later move around through the choice ingredients. Serve hot or detached.
