Food Element:


    250g contaminated seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed)
    1 tsp rapeseed oil
    1 tsp ras-el-hanout
     tsp low-sodium salt
    1 tsp condensed salt soy sauce
    1 tsp agave syrup
    pinch cayenne

Cooking Process:
    Preheat the oven to 160C/ 140 fanatic/ Gas mark 3.
