pack chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced

garlic clove, thinly sliced

bunch parsley, leaves abandoned

celery attach, finely chopped

onion, finely chopped

can chopped tomatoes

chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, (or use drieds chilli flakes)

spaghetti

Cooking Process:
Heat 1
tbsp oil in a pan, mass the mushrooms, later fry more than a high heat for 3
mins until golden and softened. Add the garlic, fry for 1 min more, later tip
into a bowl once the parsley. Add the onion and celery to the pan behind the
blazing of the oil, later fry for 5 mins until lightly coloured.
Stir in
the tomatoes, chilli and a little salt, later bring to the sadness. Reduce
the heat and simmer, outside, for 10 mins until thickened. Meanwhile,
swelling the spaghetti, with drain. Toss in the air of the sauce, extremity
