Recipe Name : Spicy spaghetti with garlic mushrooms

Food Element:


    2 tbsp olive oil
    250g pack chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced
    1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
    little bunch parsley, leaves abandoned
    1 celery attach, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    12 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, (or use drieds chilli flakes)
    300g spaghetti

Cooking Process:
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, mass the mushrooms, later fry more than a high heat for 3 mins until golden and softened. Add the garlic, fry for 1 min more, later tip into a bowl once the parsley. Add the onion and celery to the pan behind the blazing of the oil, later fry for 5 mins until lightly coloured.
    Stir in the tomatoes, chilli and a little salt, later bring to the sadness. Reduce the heat and simmer, outside, for 10 mins until thickened. Meanwhile, swelling the spaghetti, with drain. Toss in the air of the sauce, extremity following the garlicky mushrooms, in addition to facilitate.
