lemon

green beans, trimmed

soft green herbs, such as basil, chervil, parsley and tarragon

cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 tbsp
olive oil

parmesan (or vegetarian swap), shaved into large curls

Cooking Process:
In a
bowl, throw mushrooms following half the lemon juice and permit the lemon juice will soften the mushrooms.
Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 5-6 mins until they yet have a
crunch, but they are not squeaky, later drain and cool in iced water.

the beans and mushrooms together in a bowl as soon as the herbs and season
