Name: Black bean chimichurri salad

Food Element:
400g can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tomato, concerning chopped
red onion, as regards chopped
avocado, chopped
50g feta cheese, crumbled into chunks
For the chimichurri
large handful coriander
large handful parsley
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
2 tbsp late gathering virgin olive oil
garlic clove, regarding
chopped
tsp chilli powder
tsp field cumin

Cooking Process:
Whizz all the chimichurri ingredients together in a blender or the
small bowl of a food processor, until amassed. Season to taste and permit.
In a bowl or plastic container throw together all the salad
ingredients. Drizzle on summit of the dressing, or sticking together it cut
off in a small jar to excite through the salad just back eating.
