Recipe Name: Fattoush


Food Element:
2 tomatoes, chopped into chunks
 cucumber, deseeded and sliced
 red onion, sliced
1 small head romaine lettuce, shredded
handful mint leaves, on chopped
handful parsley leaves, re chopped
2 pitta breads
1 tsp sumac
For the dressing
 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp choice virgin olive oil
juice  lemon
Cooking Process:
The night past, toss together all the salad ingredients except for the pitta bread and sumac. Make taking place the dressing and season to taste. Leave these cut off until the hours of daylight.
