Name: Chicken & Lovable potato curry

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, chopped
450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, scuff into bite-sized pieces

500g endearing potatoes, clip into small chunks
400g can chopped tomatoes
100g baby spinach
basmati rice, to benefits

Cooking Process:
Heat the oil in a pan, cumulative the onion and chef beyond a low
