Name: Honeyed Almond Figs

Food Element:
2 ripe figs
2 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp runny honey
pinches of cinnamon
a few flaked toasted almonds

Cooking Process:
Cut the figs in half. Spoon on peak of the yogurt, with drizzle in
the forward honey. Sprinkle gone cinnamon and a few flaked toasted almonds.
