Lemon cod with basil bean mash

2 little bunches cherry tomatoes, a propos the vine
1 tbsp olive oil
chunks skinless cod or addendum white fish fillet
zest 1 lemon, lead juice of

1 garlic clove
bunch basil, leaves and stalks estranged

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 200C/follower 180C/gas 6. Put the tomatoes onto a baking
tray, smear once a tiny oil and some seasoning, subsequently roast for 5 mins
until the skins are starting to split. Add the fish to the tray, top once
most of the lemon zest and some more seasoning, subsequently drizzle as soon
as a little more oil. Roast for 8-10 mins until the fish flakes easily.
Meanwhile, chef the beans in a pan of boiling water for 3 mins until
just painful feeling. Drain, subsequently tip into a food processor gone the
ablaze of the oil, garlic, basil stalks, lemon juice and amassing,
subsequently pulse to a thick, slightly rushed pure. Season to taste.
Divide the tomatoes and mash along in the middle of two plates, peak
