Miso brown rice & chicken salad

120g brown basmati rice
2 skinless chicken breasts
140g sprouting broccoli
4 spring onions, clip into sloping slices
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
For the dressing
2 tsp miso gum
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp grated ginger

Cooking Process:
Cook the rice taking into account the pack instructions, next drain
and save hot. While its cooking, area the chicken breasts into a pan of
boiling water for that marginal note they are chosen covered. Boil for 1 min,

mins. When cooked through, scrape into slices.
