Oven-baked egg & chips

Food Element:
2 medium baking potatoes, scratch into chunky wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tomatoes, halved
2 eggs

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 190C/170C lover/gas 5. Tip the potato wedges into a
roasting tin. Drizzle more than the oil and sprinkle on summit of the
paprika. Season and merger dexterously to jacket the potatoes. Roast for 25
mins, turning halfway through, until concerning millstone.
Nestle the tomatoes, clip-side taking place, along in the midst of
the potatoes. Make 2 spaces in the tin and crack an egg into each one. Return
to the oven for 6-8 mins until the eggs are just set.
