Recipe Name: Quinoa tabbouleh


Food Element:
100g dried quinoa
75g parsley, re chopped
300g tomatoes, scrape into 1cm dice (no dependence to surgically cut off the seeds)
100g cucumber, scrape into little dice
For the dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
juice and zest  lemon
slip of vanilla extract
1 tsp rice syrup or agave
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
 garlic clove, crushed
50g salad leaves, to assist
Cooking Process:
Cook the quinoa as soon as pack instructions, later set aside to distant.
Make the dressing by accretion the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, rice syrup, pinch of salt and garlic into a jug and campaigning uphill until sleek. Mix this into the quinoa and multiple together subsequent to all the supplementary ingredients. Serve upon a bed of salad leaves.
