Recipe Name: Winter apple & squash panzanella


Food Element:
large butternut squash, scuff into chunks
4 tbsp auxiliary virgin olive oil
6 sage leaves, chopped
2 apples, cored and sliced into slim wedges
3 tbsp forgive honey
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
200g survival crusty bread (we used ciabatta), torn into chunks
100g hazelnuts, a propos chopped
200g bag chopped kale
100g dried cranberries
Cooking Process:
