Banana, clementine & mango smoothie

clementines, gain an auxiliary one for decoration

and juicy mangoes
2 ripe bananas
500g tub entire sum milk or
low-fat yogurt
handful of ice cubes

Cooking Process:
Halve clementines and
squeeze out the juice you should have
