Recipe Name : Bombay lamb wraps

Food Element:


    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 large red onion, chopped
    3 fat garlic cloves, crushed
    200g numb lamb mince
    3 tbsp curry paste (we used tikka)
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    2 large potatoes, scrape into 2cm/ in cubes
    250g asleep peas
    8 flour wraps or chapatis, warmed
    140g natural yogurt

Cooking Process:
    Heat the oil in a large pan, amass the onion and chef for a few mins to soften. Add the garlic, work uphill up opinion for 1 min, subsequently record the knocked out mince. Cook until defrosted and nicely browned, also disturb in the curry stick, tomatoes, potatoes and half a can of water. Season dexterously, then lid once a lid and simmer for 20 mins or until the potatoes are in the region of cooked.
