Recipe Name : Butternut soup subsequent to crispy sage & apple croutons

Food Element:


    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 butternut squash, virtually 1kg, peeled, deseeded and chopped
