Recipe Name : Quinoa tabbouleh

Food Mood: Gluten-free lunch recipes


Food Element:


    100g dried quinoa
    75g parsley, as regards chopped
    300g tomatoes, graze into 1cm dice (no dependence to surgically remove the seeds)
    100g cucumber, graze into little dice

For the dressing

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    juice and zest  lemon
    slip of vanilla extract
    1 tsp rice syrup or agave
    pinch of Himalayan pink salt
     garlic clove, crushed
    50g salad leaves, to minister to

Cooking Process:
    Cook the quinoa taking into account pack instructions, plus let to cool.
    Make the dressing by adding going on the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, rice syrup, pinch of salt and garlic into a jug and work up until rub. Mix this into the quinoa and merger together taking into account every single one the additional ingredients. Serve about a bed of salad leaves.
