cooked skinless chicken breast, coarsely shredded

carrot, grated or shredded
1 large
avocado, stoned and sliced

rocket leaves

Cooking Process:
Spread
the cheese on top of the tortillas and zenith behind the chicken, carrot,
avocado and rocket.
Tightly
roll taking place each tortilla. Wrap tightly in cling film, twisting the
ends firmly to seal, and chill until ready.
Unwrap
and clip each roll into 4 chunks to grow to your lunchboxes.
