Recipe Name : Chicken with crispy Parma ham

Food Element:


    450g accessory potatoes, halved if large
    225g runner beans, trimmed and sliced
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 slices Parma ham
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    juice 1 lemon

Cooking Process:
        Cook the count potatoes in boiling salted water for 10-15 mins, until just twinge, added together the green beans for the unmovable 2 mins.
