Recipe Name : Chorizo & tomato salad

Food Element:


    3 ripe beef tomatoes, scuff into wedges
    ½  red onion, thinly sliced
    few thyme sprigs, leaves picked
    1 tbsp sherry vinegar
    2 tbsp subsidiary-virgin olive oil
    100g chorizo, sliced approaching the on a slope

Cooking Process:
    Put the tomatoes in a bowl when the onion and thyme. Season, in addition to drizzle bearing in mind the vinegar and oil. Let the flavours merge though you chef the chorizo.
    In a tender, teetotal pan, fry the chorizo slices until browned around both sides. Serve the tomatoes behind the fried chorizo, drizzled once a tiny oil from the pan.
