Creamy tomato, courgette & prawn pasta

1 tbsp
olive oil
2 fat
garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 large
or 400g baby courgettes, sliced
400g
orecchiette pasta, or any new little pasta modify
2 x
400g cans cherry tomatoes
gigantic pinch of sugar
200g
raw prawns, peeled
100g
half-fat crme frache
small
pack basil, leaves forlorn, torn

Cooking Process:
Heat
the oil in a large pan, combined the garlic and sizzle for a few mins, later
accretion the courgettes and chef for a few mins more until starting to
soften. Cook the pasta as soon as pack instructions.
Add the
tomatoes, sugar and seasoning to the pan, sentient and simmer, outdoor, for
roughly 10 mins even if the pasta cooks.
Add the
prawns to the sauce and bubble until they just approach pink. Drain the pasta
and touch on to the sauce behind the crme frache. Simmer for option 1-2 mins,
later cumulative the basil and relieve.
