Recipe Name : Creamy tomato, courgette & prawn pasta

Food Element:


    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 fat garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    2 large or 400g baby courgettes, sliced
    400g orecchiette pasta, or any supplementary little pasta concern
    2 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes
    pleasurable pinch of sugar
    200g raw prawns, peeled
    100g half-fat crme frache
    small pack basil, leaves without help, torn

Cooking Process:
    Heat the oil in a large pan, join up the garlic and sizzle for a few mins, later advance the courgettes and chef for a few mins more until starting to soften. Cook the pasta in the midst of pack instructions.
    Add the tomatoes, sugar and seasoning to the pan, demonstration up and simmer, outside, for not quite 10 mins though the pasta cooks.
