baking potatoes
2 tsp
olive oil
2
slices white bread
2 white
fish fillets, such as haddock, hoki, pollock
1 tbsp
plain flour, seasoned
1 egg,
beaten
140g numb peas furthermore mint
2 tbsp
crme frache
|
Cooking Process:
Heat
oven to 200C/devotee 180C/gas 4. Peel and chop the potatoes into thick chips,
subsequently coss by now the olive oil and some salt. Arrange as regards a
large non-secure baking tray and roast for 20 mins, turning halfway.
Lightly
toast the bread, later pulse briefly in a food processor for indecent
breadcrumbs. Dust the fish in flour, shaking off the excess, with dip into
the egg, subsequently breadcrumbs to coat abundantly. Roast the fish
considering the chips for a subsidiary 20 mins, until both are golden.
Just by
now the fish and chips are ready, blister the peas for 3-4 mins, in addition
to drain and mash. Stir in the crme fraiche and season.
