4 slices wholemeal bread
a knob of butter
Marmite
polluted seeds

Cooking Process:
Bring a pan of water to a simmer. Add 2 eggs, simmer
for 2 mins if room temp, 3 mins if fridge-cool, subsequently approach off
heat. Cover the pan and depart for 2 mins more.
Meanwhile, toast 4 slices wholemeal bread and
