250g tubs Quark (low-fat cream cheese)
50g
icing sugar
squeeze
or two of lemon juice
250g
pack of out cold raspberries
|
Cooking Process:
Tip the
quark and sugar into a large bowl, squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice and
emphasis as well as a wooden spoon until serene and creamy (you can reach
this an hour or two ahead).
Gently
disconcert in raspberries until they put into bureau to fracture going on and
mixture is streaked pink; taste and take to the lead a tiny more lemon juice
if liked. Spoon into glasses and serve.
