Warm+peaches+with+basil+%2526+honey

Food Element:


    25g unsalted butter
    2 ripe peaches or nectarines, stoned and thickly sliced
    2 tbsp determined honey
    juice 1 ocher
    8-10 basil leaves, shredded
    vanilla or white chocolate ice cream, to relief

Cooking Process:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, combined the peaches or nectarines, then chef both sides until slightly softened, approximately 3 mins. Add the honey and disturb to make a sauce, subsequently associated the ocher juice and own up to bubble briefly. Stir in the basil and support hot gone scoops of ice cream.
