Recipe Name : Fish dogs with lemony fennel slaw

    6 soft, floury subs or hot dog rolls
    800g-900g skinless obstinate white fish fillets (halibut, gurnard, bream or MSC-endorsed cod are all satisfying), scratch into long skinny fillets

    1 large fennel bulb
