Recipe Name : Prawn & avocado wrap

Food Element:


    1 enormously ripe baby avocado, stoned, peeled and as regards chopped
    juice  lime
    few shakes Tabasco sauce
    1 tomato, deseeded and chopped
    1 spring onion, sliced
    1 seeded flour tortilla (or gluten-pardon interchange)
    handful untouched salad leaves
    85g cooked and peeled prawns

Cooking Process:
    Put the avocado in a bowl when the lime juice, Tabasco and some seasoning. Roughly mash, with accretion the tomato, coriander (if using) and spring onion.
    Warm the wrap in the microwave for a few seconds. Spread the avocado join up the length of the center, scatter on the subject of the salad leaves and finish behind the prawns. Roll uphill, subsequently eat.
