200g gluten-pardon white
flour (Doves Farm is easy to use at most supermarkets)
1 tsp salt
3 tsp gluten-forgive baking
powder
284ml buttermilk (or
thesame amount of whole milk as soon as a squeeze of lemon juice)
3 eggs
1 tsp tomato pure
2 tbsp olive oil
50g sundried tomatoes in
oil (nearly 6-8), harshly chopped
25g parmesan (or vegetarian
parmazano), grated

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 180C/follower
160C/gas 4. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. In a
remove bowl, disconcert together the buttermilk, eggs, tomato pure and oil.
