knocked out petits pois, defrosted

peppers, peeled following a potato peeler, deseeded and diced

tomatoes, chopped into little chunks

spring onions, finely sliced
bunch
flat-leaf parsley, chopped

handful stoned green olives, on chopped (optional)
4 tbsp
mayonnaise
juice 1
lemon
2 tbsp
supplementary-virgin olive oil

Cooking Process:
The
cooked rice will have probably clumped together, thus crack it uphill in a
large mixing bowl. Flake in the tuna, later sum in the peas, peppers,
tomatoes, spring onions, parsley and olives, if youconcerning using them.
