Recipe Name : Herby mushroom pasta

Food Element:


    250g ground or portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced
    2 tsp wholegrain mustard
    3 garlic cloves, sliced or crushed
    150ml vegetable accretion (from a cube is enjoyable)
    250g penne pasta (or new tube shapes)
    3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    zest 1 lemon

Cooking Process:
    Put the mushrooms, mustard, garlic and vegetable p.s. into a frying pan, bring to the blister and simmer for 5 mins or until the growth has behind hint to all evaporated and the mushrooms are soft.
    Meanwhile, chef the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain and throw gone the mushrooms, parsley and lemon zest. Season to taste and abet straightaway.
