  olive oil

  and 1 yellowish-brown pepper, deseeded and sliced

  400g cans chopped tomatoes

  polluted pitted olives, quantity or coarsely speaking chopped (optional) 
    pinch
  caster sugar

  wholemeal pasta shapes 
    2 x
  200g cans tuna steak in spring water, drained and flaked 
    25g
  roomy wholemeal breadcrumbs 
    2 tbsp
  grated parmesan | 
Cooking Process: 
    Heat
  the oil in a large saucepan and fry the peppers for very more or less 5 mins
  until starting to caramelise. Add the garlic and chillies, chef for 30 secs,
  subsequently tip in the tomatoes and olives (if using). Season, grow a pinch
  of sugar, bring to the admiring, furthermore simmer, outside, for 10 mins. 
   
  Meanwhile, chef the pasta according to pack instructions. Heat the
  grill. Drain the pasta and mix into the tomato sauce, along following the
  tuna. Tip into a large ovenproof plate. Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan
  together and scatter more than the pinnacle. Grill for 3-4 mins or until the
  topping is crisp and golden. Serve then a green salad, if you later than. |
