parsnips, scuff into sticks

vegetable buildup

wholegrain mustard

thyme sprigs
flat-leaf parsley, to assist (optional)

Cooking Process:
Heat
half the oil in a large frying pan or shallow casserole following a cover.
Brown the chicken until golden, subsequently allocate. Heat the remaining
oil, later chef the onions for 5 mins until softened.
