Recipe Name : Honey mustard chicken pot with parsnips

Food Element:


    1 tbsp olive oil
    8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
    2 onions, finely chopped
    350g parsnips, scuff into sticks
    300ml vegetable buildup
    2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    2 tbsp flattering honey
    few thyme sprigs
    flat-leaf parsley, to assist (optional)

Cooking Process:
    Heat half the oil in a large frying pan or shallow casserole following a cover. Brown the chicken until golden, subsequently allocate. Heat the remaining oil, later chef the onions for 5 mins until softened.
