Recipe Name : Lemon-spiced chicken with chickpeas

Food Element:


    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
    4 skinless chicken breasts, graze into chunks
    1 cinnamon affix, broken in half
    1 tsp arena coriander
    1 tsp arena cumin
    zest and juice 1 lemon
    400g can chickpeas, drained
    200ml chicken buildup
    250g bag spinach

Cooking Process:
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan, later fry the onion gently for 5 mins. Turn happening the heat and grow the chicken, frying for very approximately 3 mins until golden.
    Stir in the spices and lemon zest, fry for 1 more min, as well as tip in the chickpeas and accrual. Put the cover more or less and simmer for 5 mins.
