One-pan summer eggs

1 tbsp olive oil
400g courgettes (roughly 2
large ones), chopped into little chunks
200g/7oz pack cherry
tomatoes, halved
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 eggs
few basil leaves, to
support

Cooking Process:
Heat the oil in a non-affix frying pan, subsequently press on the
courgettes. Fry for 5 mins, occurring all hence often until they begin to
soften, add the tomatoes and garlic, with chef for a few mins more. Stir in a
tiny seasoning, subsequently create two gaps in the union and crack in the
