Recipe Name : Pea & artichoke houmous

Food Element:


    140g deadened petits pois
    100g artichoke hearts from a jar or can
    2 tsp showground cumin
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp olive oil
    little handful mint leaves

Cooking Process:
Tip the peas into a bowl and pour on peak of boiling water to cover. Leave for 5 mins, later drain dexterously and tip into a food processor behind all the subsidiary ingredients and seasoning. Pulse to make a scratchy pure, plus spoon into a small bowl. Cover subsequent to cling film, chill until ready to assist.
