courgette, trimmed and thinly sliced lengthways

harissa paste

olive oil

handful broad beans (spacious or sedated)

lemon juice
1 tbsp
Greek-style yogurt

wholemeal pitta bread

Cooking Process:
Toss
the courgette slices in the harissa and olive oil, and season. Cook to the
front insinuation to a hot griddle pan for 2 mins each side or until
sensitive. Transfer to a plate and allocate.
Cook
the expansive beans in boiling water for 2 mins, drain out cold chilly meting
