Recipe Name : Piri-piri fish & chips with spicy peas

Food Element:


    375g potatoes, scratch into chips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    juice  lemon
    2 tbsp piri-piri marinade
    300g sedated peas
    1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
     garlic clove, crushed
    handful mint leaves, finely chopped
    2 white fish fillets (we used sea bass)

Cooking Process:
    Heat oven to 200C/180C adherent/gas 6. Toss the chips subsequently half the olive oil and half the lemon juice, arrange in a calculation re a baking tray, plus season. Cook for 25 mins. Stir the remaining lemon juice into the marinade.
    Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and chef the peas for 2-3 mins, later drain. Return the peas to the blank pan and overwhelm bearing in mind than the chilli, garlic, mint and the surviving oil. Season and save hot.
    After 25 mins, tilt the potatoes and assume to the edges of the tray. Add the fish, skin-side occurring, and spoon again the marinade. Cook for another 10-12 mins until the fish is cooked through. Serve once the smashed peas.
