4 quail's eggs
100g green beans
100g added potatoes, halved
or quartered if certainly large
1 anchovy, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives
juice lemon

Cooking Process:
Bring a medium pan of water
to a simmer. Lower the quails eggs into the water and chef for 2 mins. Lift
out the eggs subsequent to a slotted spoon and put into a bowl of cool water.
Add the beans to the pan, simmer for 4 mins until sensitive, subsequently cut
off from the pan considering a slotted spoon and plunge into the bowl of cool
water.
Put the potatoes in the pan
and sensitive for 10-15 mins until sore. Drain the potatoes in a colander and
depart them to standoffish. While the potatoes are cooling, peel the eggs and
clip them in half. Toss the potatoes and beans moreover than the chopped
anchovy, herbs and lemon juice. Top once the quails eggs to abet.
