1 tsp plain flour
1 tsp mustard powder
950g beef peak rump joint
(feel tip knocked out)
1 onion, scratch into 8

500g carrots, halved

For the gravy
1 tbsp plain flour
250ml beef gathering

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 240C/220C fanatic/gas 9. Mix
